Our Policy

Pitching Pointers is a subscription service with no free trial. Because the service delivers value immediately upon first use, we have a limited refund policy. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will refund your first month's charge if all of the following are true:

• — You contact us within 48 hours of your first charge
• — You have not run any analyses on the account
• — This is your first subscription — not a re-subscription after a previous cancellation

If you meet all three conditions, email [email protected] and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

• — More than 48 hours have passed since the charge
• — One or more analyses have been run on the account
• — The request is for a renewal charge (month 2 or later)
• — The account was previously cancelled and re-subscribed

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

Technical Problems

If a technical failure on our end prevents you from using the service — for example, the analysis pipeline is down for an extended period — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] and describe the issue.
