Pitching Pointers is a product of BFU Agency. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pitching Pointers analyzes uploaded video of baseball pitching mechanics using computer vision and provides automated feedback. This feedback is informational only. It is not a substitute for in-person coaching from a qualified instructor. Results may not be accurate for every pitcher, camera angle, or video quality. Use your judgment and consult a coach before making changes to a pitcher's mechanics.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use this service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.
Pitching Pointers is a paid subscription service billed monthly. Subscriptions begin immediately upon payment. There is no free trial. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after canceling, and you retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We offer refunds in limited circumstances — generally within 48 hours of the first charge if no analyses have been run.
You may use Pitching Pointers only for lawful purposes and only to analyze baseball pitching mechanics. You may not upload videos containing content that is offensive, illegal, or unrelated to pitching mechanics. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All software, analysis logic, drill content, and coaching language in Pitching Pointers is the property of BFU Agency. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
This service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees that the analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular pitcher or situation. We are not responsible for any injury or outcome that results from following or ignoring the feedback provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BFU Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
